Why do Standard and Express orders have different return periods?

When will I receive my refund?

After an approved returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing generally takes 5–10 business days.

Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Include your order number and clear photographs or video of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
