This Shipping Policy explains the order processing, shipping services, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, and related procedures for purchases made through Blfydxx.
Blfydxx is operated by Yueyang Yueying E-commerce Co., Ltd.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, during promotional events, or during unusually high order-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Order processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Services and Rates
Blfydxx currently offers the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping
Orders from $1.00 to $38.99:
Shipping fee: $2.99 USD
Orders from $39.00 to $48.99:
Shipping fee: Free
Express Shipping
Orders from $0.00 to $48.99:
Shipping fee: $5.99 USD
Orders of $49.00 or more:
Express Shipping: Free
The applicable return period is determined by the shipping service actually used for the order.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After the order has been dispatched:
Standard Shipping:
Approximately 7–15 business days
Express Shipping:
Approximately 3–7 business days
These are estimated delivery windows and are separate from the order-processing period.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season demand, address issues, transportation disruptions, customs procedures where applicable, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Destinations
Blfydxx ships to eligible addresses supported through our checkout.
A shipping option will only be available where the destination is supported by our active shipping services.
If we are unable to ship an order to the address provided, we will contact the customer where possible and may cancel and refund the affected order.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may require some time after shipment to become active in the carrier's system.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If you notice an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at service@Blfydxx.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where applicable.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at service@Blfydxx.com.
We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or provide further assistance.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
9. Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.
If duties, import charges, or other government-imposed charges apply and are not collected at checkout, responsibility for those charges will be determined by applicable law and the destination's requirements.
